Girl Learns Sign Language to Communicate With Delivery Man

In the  United Kingdom, an eight year old girl, Tallulah has a heartwarming friendship with a Deaf delivery driver Tim Joseph. Their story has touched millions of social media users. Tim Joseph is a delivery driver with  Hermes Parcels. Amy Roberts Tallulah’s mother, said that Tim would come to deliver parcels near their house in Ashton-under-Lyne 1 or 2 times a week since the lockdown started. The Tallulah wanted to appreciate the work Tim Joseph did as an essential worker during the coronavirus lockdown. So she made a picture of a rainbow with "Thank you" written on it. Tallulah's mother Amy Roberts said that Tim Joseph proudly displayed the picture on his van. Tallulah and Tim built a good friendship over the last few weeks. But Tallulah wanted to communicate with him more so she decided to learn sign language to surprise him. Tallulah’s mother filmed her daughter using sign language to greet Tim. The video went viral all over social media. Tim Joseph was shocked when Tallulah learnt to sign ‘have a good day’ to greet him.The video has been viewed 22 million since being shared along with thousands of touched comments.
