Iran Announces $10 Million Reward to Kill Trump
An Iran-backed militia has announced a US$10 million bounty on Donald Trump and warned the UAE of possible attacks if the US launches military action against Iran.
Tensions between Iran and the US continue to rise.
Earlier, ISH News reported that Iran had released a "revenge list" of world leaders, including US President Donald Trump, following the death of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Now, an Iran-backed militia, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq (IRI), has announced a US$10 million reward for anyone who kills Trump.
The group says it is seeking revenge for the 2020 US drone strike that killed Iranian General Qassem Soleimani and Iraqi militia leader Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis. It claims the reward money has been raised through donations from supporters.
Anti-Trump sentiment has also grown in Iran, with posters showing Trump inside a coffin and carrying the message, "We will kill Trump," appearing in several places.
Meanwhile, reports claim Iran has warned that if the US launches a major attack, it will target the UAE.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has reportedly urged the UAE to evacuate major airports and ports, including Dubai Airport, saying the warning is intended to protect foreign civilians before any possible military action.
