In our earlier releases, we have informed you about Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s money laundering case in which Jacqueline Fernandez has been named as one of the accused while Nora Fatehi has been freed from the charges and has been made a government witness. Earlier it has been reported that Actors Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi received luxury cars, phones and other expensive gifts from conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar and his wife and actor Leena Maria Paul. However, it was later proven that Nora never accepted any such gifts. Over the months, this money laundering case has taken a lot of twists and turns with the involvement of several Bollywood celebrities and big political figures like Arvind Kejriwal.

Now to the latest update in the case, Nora Fatehi, on Monday, 12th of December, has filed a criminal complaint of alleged defamation against fellow actor Jacqueline Fernandez before a Delhi court in relation to the same case. The defamation suit also includes fifteen other media organisations who are likely to be questioned in this regard. This defamation suit involving Fernandez and the media organisations will come up during the hearing scheduled on 19 December. Now, Nora’s complaint against Jaqueline & 15 other media organisations claimed that the allegations made by Fernandez, also a Bollywood actor, that Fatehi had received gifts from Chandrashekhar were wrong. The defamatory statement was made by Fernandez and was circulated by the media houses accused in the complaint with an intent to defame her, says Nora's allegations.

Nora Fatehi has a clean reputation apart from a rapidly progressing career which has quite obviously threatened her rivals who are unable to compete with her, the complaint said.
