How Gemini Helped a Bengaluru CEO Deal With a Road Rage Case!

A Bengaluru CEO says Google Gemini helped him draft a police complaint after a biker allegedly damaged his car during a road-rage incident.

Bengaluru-based Siddharth Dialani, founder and CEO of BharatAgri, says Google’s AI chatbot Gemini helped him deal with a road-rage incident after a biker damaged his car.

According to Dialani, he was driving in Bengaluru when a biker travelling with his wife believed that his car had brushed against their motorcycle. The biker stopped him, kicked the side of his car, then rammed the car from behind and repeatedly braked in front of him. The entire incident was recorded on Dialani’s dashcam. He initially considered letting the matter go, but changed his mind after seeing the dent in his car.

Instead of trying to understand the complaint process himself, Dialani asked Gemini for help. He said the AI helped him draft a complaint for the Koramangala police station and advised him to get a written acknowledgement after submitting it.

Dialani then went to the police station with the complaint, dashcam footage and photographs of the damage. He said the police used the motorcycle’s registration number visible in the footage to identify the biker and find his phone number. The biker was called to the police station. According to Dialani, he initially claimed that Dialani had hit his bike first. Dialani then showed him the photographs of the damage, while police explained that an FIR and criminal case could follow.

The matter was eventually resolved after the biker wrote an apology letter and paid for the damage to the car. Dialani also praised the Koramangala police for their cooperation and said the matter was resolved without a bribe.

Dialani later shared the experience online, along with pictures of his damaged car. He ended his post with a joke: “Gemini is my lawyer now!”

The incident has sparked discussion about how people are using AI tools to understand paperwork, draft complaints and navigate everyday official processes.
