23 Indian Crew Members Rescued After Tanker Fire

The fire produced thick black smoke, prompting Russian emergency teams to launch a rescue operation. All 23 Indian crew members were rescued safely, and no injuries were reported. Firefighters worked to control the blaze, while nearby beaches were temporarily closed as a precaution.
Four Students Die in Mathura Water Tank Incident
Four students died after entering an underground water tank at a residential Sanskrit gurukulam in Vrindavan, Mathura.
According to police, the students noticed a foul smell coming from the tank. One student entered first but did not return. Others went inside to help, and several became unconscious after suspected exposure to poisonous gas. Four students died, while a fifth survived and received medical treatment. Police began investigating the incident and examining CCTV footage to understand what happened.
Lionel Messi’s Emotional Farewell to Argentina
Football legend Lionel Messi played his final match for Argentina’s national team on 6 October, bringing an international career of more than 20 years to a close.
