Satvic Dum Aloo, Baingan Bharta & Mix Veg Recipes | Indian Sign Language | Satvic Movement

ISH News is now making Satvic Movement’s video accessible in Indian Sign Language! Watch our latest video to learn how to make Satvic Dum Aloo, Baingan Bharta & Mix Vegetable recipes.

In this video, we'll learn 3 sabzis prepared regularly in Indian homes, but we'll prepare these sabzis in a different way - the Satvic way.

How? In these, we'll use whole nuts & seeds instead of refined oil.

Instead of using packaged spices and masalas, we'll use fresh herbs and whole spices. Instead of overcooking them for a long time, we'll cook them minimally so that you can get complete nutrition from your sabzis.

Instead of cooking them in aluminum and metal pots, we'll cook them in clay pots.

First, we'll prepare creamy Satvic Dum Aloo, which will leave you licking your fingers once you taste it. Then we'll prepare Baingan bharta, which will have the fresh flavours of tomato and coriander. And finally we'll prepare Satvic mixed red sabzi with the creaminess of sunflower seeds.
