British Chef Calls Indian Food As Jail Food- Full Story

India is known for the variety of food it has across the country, But what happens when someone calls the very famous Medu Vada Sambar as jail food?

There are thousands of food items in India. Among those foods, Idli is one of the most popular foods in the country. 

 

Gordon Ramsay who is a well known British chef has been receiving trolls and abuses on social media. It all started when this popular personality criticized medu vada sambar as jail food.  However, he made a big mistake when he disrespected the most famous South Indian food and since then, 

Users on the internet roasted him with strange tweets.

 

In another incident, a British professor by the name of Edward Anderson wrote on Twitter that there is nothing more boring than Idly in this world. It all began when Zomato asked a question on Twitter. “What's that one dish you could never understand why people like it so much?” His tweet caught the attention of Shashi Tharoor. He wrote “Yes, my son, there are some who are truly challenged in this world. Civilisation is hard to acquire: the taste & refinement to appreciate idlis, enjoy cricket, or watch ottamthullal is not given to every mortal. Take pity on this poor man, for he may never know what life can be.”
